dawn boyer jewelry has been influenced by both my travels abroad and my love of Asian and Indian art. Each of my hand-made designs has its own, eclectic appeal – I want my jewelry to make the wearer feel that their piece is a unique discovery. The person who is attracted by my jewelry is like me – she wants a piece of jewelry that is distinctive, colorful, and easy to wear. Using semi-precious gemstone beads and freshwater pearls as a base, dawn boyer jewelry encompasses wrapped sterling silver or gold-filled wire in addition to metal accents and findings for further design interest. I look for unexpected blends of colors and textures to add an exotic touch to the jewelry. My recent designs have been bolder than previous designs – bigger beads and pearls, and brighter colors.
